A Coach at Parkour Experiences. Owen has been a keen traceur for many years and the first to innate the free running team "Torbay Parkour" the first Parkour and Freerunning community/team in the Torbay area.


Along side the team he helped organize the Go Expo 2010 event at the English Riviera centre, designing logos & T-shirt for the event. Along side other hobbies Owen is a keen martial artist and adapts this to his Parkour training. At age 20 he received his 2nd Dan(2nd Degree black belt) in Tae Kwon Do and he has also been awarded the BCKMA(British council for Korean martial arts) 2nd place British Champion in Point Sparing. 


Along with Tae Kwon Do Owen has practised a wide rage of other martial arts including: Kempo Karate, Krabi Krabong, Muay Thai.

Over the years he has practiced with many professional traceurs and a wide range of practitioners from all over the world. This has given him lots of knowledge and experience in Parkour and Freerunning and he now brings his expertise to Parkour Experiences.
